No services are ever performed before giving you a reasonable estimate first!

If we can't fix the problem, or provide a complete detail of the problem and estimate for what is required to fix the problem, you don't pay. Period.

System Analysis and Repair: $59/hr.

Training:

Specific tutoring on your system, about your system: $59/hr

2 hr courses - $110 includes CD full of Utilities

3 hr courses - $160 includes CD full of Utilities

Other Services:

Labor: $59/hr

Emergency Site Visit (within 12 hours): $79 1st hr, $59/hr thereafter

Custom builds are done on a contractual basis, and costs and times are estimated on a per project basis.

A 90 Day Warrantee is provided on all parts and service performed.
